TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of all programs, courses, workshops, retreats, digital products, and services provided by Rosso Art School, operated by Rosso Emerald Crimson.

By enrolling in or accessing any Rosso Art School offering, you agree to these Terms.

1. Access & License

All content provided by Rosso Art School is licensed, not sold.

When you enrol, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for your personal educational use only.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Grant access to third parties

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content

 

2. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, demonstrations, reference materials, PDFs, text, structure, language, and teaching methodology, is the intellectual property of Rosso Emerald Crimson / Rosso Art School.

Use of reference materials is additionally governed by the Reference Material & Intellectual Property Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

 

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use course content for commercial, public, or competitive purposes without permission

  • Share or repost content publicly

  • Use content to train AI models or derivative teaching products

  • Misrepresent Rosso Art School material as your own

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

 

4. Community Conduct

Where community spaces (live sessions, comments, groups) are provided, you agree to engage respectfully.

Harassment, disruption, or misuse of content may result in removal from the community or program.

 

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Refunds are governed strictly by a non-refund policy .
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all sales are final.

 

6. Changes to Content

Rosso Art School reserves the right to:

  • Update, modify, or remove content

  • Adjust course structure or delivery

  • Improve or refine materials over time

This does not constitute grounds for refund.

 

7. Termination of Access

Rosso Art School reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, if these Terms or related policies are breached.

8. Disclaimer

Educational content is provided for artistic and learning purposes only.
Rosso Art School makes no guarantees regarding artistic outcomes, income, or professional success.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
